On this post I'll talk about Malta, a little European contry. This contry is an island that stays at the middle of Mediterranean sea. They have old architecture and really new buildings,
Away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities, the Maltese Islands offer various natural spots to be exploed and admired, some left almost untouched by modernity.
Malta was occupied for many years by European countries now they have diferents kind of foods there.
Traditional Maltese food is rustic and based on the seasons. Look out for Lampuki Pie (fish pie), Rabbit Stew, Braġioli (beef olives), Kapunata, (Maltese version of ratatouille), and widow's soup, which includes a small round of Ġbejniet (sheep or goat's cheese).
Don't miss the next post, I'll write about a Carebean island.
That's really cool, Malta seems to be a nice city.
